To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bocado is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damages occurring during an experience, except where required by applicable law.

All content on Bocado (including text, branding, visuals, and platform structure) is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent from Bocado.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.

• Attempt to bypass payments or communicate outside the platform to avoid fees.

• Misuse content, data, or host information.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
