Yes. All experiences at Bocado require advance booking and full online payment to secure your spot. Seats are limited to ensure a personalized experience.

How do I make a reservation?

You can book directly through our website using our secure online booking system. Simply choose your experience, select a date and time, and complete your payment.
For reservations within 24 hours, please contact us via WhatsApp at +52 985 102 7835 to confirm availability.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit and debit cards as well as digital payments through Stripe, PayPal, and MercadoPago. All payments are processed securely online.

What is your cancellation policy?

• More than 72 hours before the experience: full refund
 • Between 24 and 72 hours before the experience: 50% refund
 • Less than 24 hours before the experience: no refund

What happens if I arrive late?

Due to the nature of our experiences, guests who arrive more than 10–15 minutes late (depending on the experience) may not be able to join. Late arrivals are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.

Absolutely. No prior cooking experience is required. Our hosts guide you step by step, making each experience accessible, educational, and enjoyable for all skill levels.
