Full refund
You may cancel your reservation and receive a 100% refund if the cancellation is made:

• At least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of the experience.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Late cancellations or no-shows
If the cancellation is made:

• Within 48 hours of the experience, or

• You do not attend the experience,

👉 No refund will be issued, as the host has already prepared ingredients, logistics, and reserved time for your booking.

We understand plans can change.

• You may request one free reschedule if the request is made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to host availability.

• Requests made within 48 hours of the experience are not guaranteed.

If the host cancels the experience for any reason:

• You will receive a full refund, or

• You may choose to reschedule for another available date.

Bocado will notify you promptly and assist you throughout the process.

In exceptional situations beyond the control of the guest or host (such as extreme weather, health emergencies, or government restrictions), Bocado will review each case individually to provide a fair and reasonable resolution.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Bocado does not control processing times once the refund has been issued.
